A fun and challenging mix of your favorite classes. 20 minutes step, 20 minutes athletic drills, followed with 20 minutes of resistance and abs (taught in that order!)

30/30   (60 mins)
30 minutes of super sweaty cardio which incorporates step and floor, followed by 30 minutes of muscle toning exercises.

Abs & Drills   (30 mins)
30 minutes of ab exercises followed by 30 minutes of athletic drills.

Agility   (60 mins)
A component of physical fitness that describes changing the body's direction with speed and precision.

ATB   (30 mins)
Abdominal, Thighs and Buns. Just what you want . . . a class that concentrates on the abs, thighs and glutes!

B & C   (60 mins)
(Ball and Chisel) Enjoy an hour of your favorite toning exercises performed on the ball for extra core stamina!

Ball   (60 mins)
Cardio low impact workout that incorporates total body conditioning using the stability ball. *Reservation required, or bring your own ball.*

Balletone   (60 mins)
No dance experience required! Class is loosely based on dance, pilates and fitness. It's a graceful, seamless and flowing workout that's deceptively challenging!


Basic BOSU 30   (30 mins)
30 minutes of Basic BOSU exercise to strengthen the total body!

Basic Step   (45 mins)
Nothing fancy! Step and Sweat to basic movement.

BB/Bal   (60 mins)
A total body workout using the body bars, step and mat. Basic to advance body bar exercises, stengthen and stablize the core.

BB/Bal alt w/ Step Fusion   (60 minutes)
A total body workout using the body bars, step, and mat. Basic to advanced body bar exercises strengthen and stabilize the core. Increase strength with this workout in functional movement patterns. Also involving Step Fusion, a step that alternate with basic to advanced body bar moves. These moves will strengthen you core along with working the total body for long lean muscles!!

BB/Glide   (60 mins)
Body Bar Glide -- A total fusion class that provides strength and endurance training using a sliding disc exercise system along with a weighted bar. A no impact, total body workout that's fun and effective.

BBB   (60 minutes)
Body Bar and Ball. Take the ball to the next step!! Traditional Ball exercises incorporated with basic to advanced body bar moves. Guaranteed to create strength and core stability

BBG (Box, Butts, Guts)   (60 mins)
Work your upper body with boxing combinations followed with hardcore ab & glute work. Killer workout!

Bellydance 101   (60 mins)
Slide, sway, shimmy & sweat in this core-intensive, creative and fun introduction to Bellydance! Beginners welcome! *Hip scarves are recommended for class, but are not required*

Body Design   (60 mins)
The best of all toning classes combined. A full potpourri of experiences for the muscle and mind.

Body Tone   (60 mins)
Fabulous body sculpting class that maximizes every muscle group in the body, utilizing various types of equiptment!

Boot Camp   (60 mins)
An awesome outdoor adventure. This class incorporates drills for muscular strength and endurance as well as cardiovascular stamina. A variety of fitness tools are used including medicine balls, stadium stairs, and agility ropes.

BOSU/BB   (60 mins)
A completely unique workout that integrates core training using the BOSU body bar and handweights. **Reserve a BOSU at the front desk or bring your own.

Box   (60 mins)
Experience the power, energy, and heat in this blistering TKO knockout! It`s packed with punches, combinations, contact hitting (mits), jump-roping, abs and MORE! *Wraps required - we provide the gloves.*

Cardio BG   (60 mins)
Make your 30 minutes count in this class comprised of intervals of various cardio with a killer butts & guts workout!

All out cardio! Instructor’s imagination and creativity.

Core n' More   (60 mins)
Build strength in an integrative approach working your core using a variety of tools including the BOSU and stability ball while incorporating Pilates based movements. Also, you will be challenging additional muscle groups using the body bar.

CT   (60 mins)
Cross-Train -- Dynamite class that alternates step, aerobics, and resistance training.

Dance Aerobics   (60 mins)
Get a great sweat with dance aerobics and dance your way into a new you!

DBLE STEP   (60 mins)
Double Step -- Enjoy a super step class that incorporates the use of 2 steps and/or partner stepping.

DYNA Band   (60 mins)
Simple and effictive workout, providing resistance for your muscles to work against. You can exercise your hips, thighs, waist, arms, and stomach muslce safely!

F.B.I.   (60 mins)
Fat Burning Intervals -- Get the best of both worlds . . . build muscle while burning fat! Aerobic intervals and resistance training. Bands, tubing, and hand weights are used.

HEAT   (60 mins)
High Energy Athletic Training- this awesome class cycles participants through intervals of cardio and resistance. Plyometrics, drills, and strength stations will utilize all types of equipment.

ICE   (60 mins)
Interval Conditioning Exercises -- Don't be fooled by the name! This class is guaranteed to make you sweat!

Intro to FORZA   (60 mins)
A specialty training martial arts fitness class exclusive to iNLeT members. No movement is wasted. Work your body from head to toe using a bokken to cut your way through calories. An awesome cardiovascular workout. No experience required

KB Drills   (60 mins)
Kick Box Drills: A fast paced hour spent on cardiovascular training that uses kick boxing techniques. This workout improves arm, torso and leg endurance and definition. Sweat the time away while you punch and jab (without gloves!), kick and jump (rope!). All levels of participation welcome!

LI/FT   (60 mins)
5 minutes of good ol' fashion choreographed low impact aerobics, with 3 minutes intervals of resistance. Supersetting one body part of each interval. Just like the old days!

M. Arts Workout   (60 mins)
This class features kickboxing movement and techniques including stances, punches, combinations, and defense skills. Focus on upper and lower body muscle conditioning, as well as training at a Martial Arts approach.

Mat Pilates   (60 mins)
Total body workout emphasizing strength, alignment, and breathing. Working through the body`s core, exercises target the abdominal region, hips, and lower back. This class enhances muscular balance and improves posture and body awareness.

MLTI-LVL YOGA   (60 mins)
Experience the benefits of yoga exercise to give you overall conditioning that improves balance, flexibility, and strength. All levels welcome and accommodated.

Muscle MAX   (60 Mins)

That’s right, this class is located on our deck, with a form of active therapeutic relaxation that uses props & blankets to modify traditional yoga poses. The postures gently open the body to deep relaxation & healing. Ideal for those needing stress reductions, those suffering from chronic pain, illness, injury or those wanting to relax.

Seriously Active Seniors Staying Young! A low impact class using movements to improve range of motion, agility and functional skills for your daily activities in addition to increasing muscular strength. Excercises will improve flexibilty, joint stability, balance, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Light resistance will be in the form of resistance bands and/or light weights.

Yin Yang Yoga   (60 mins)
The first 30 minutes are more passive asanas held for several minutes each and devoted to the "Yin" style . The last 30 minutes focuses on the "Yang", a more active style of moving from pose to pose while maintaining an awareness of breath and alignment.

Yoga on the Ball   (60 mins)
