Group Fitness Instructor - Great Neck
Amy's certifications include ACE Group Fitness, Schwinn Cycling, and FIT-Tour Cycling. She holds her CPR certification through the American Red Cross.
Amy earned her BS in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh. Amy, along with her husband and two young very active boys call Virginia Beach home.
She enjoys running, going to the beach, skiing and any outdoor activities, especially with her family! You can find Amy teaching Spin, Chisel, Box and HEAT.
