Club Manager/Membership Services Director - Great Neck

Lauren has been with Inlet Fitness since June 2006. She is a Senior at Old Dominion University studying Psychology, and holds her personal trainer's license with ISSA (International Sports & Science Association) and also holds a license in Fitness Therapy.

Soccer is her passion and she's even had the opportunity to play all over the world, including Japan and England. Unfortunately, she sustained a severe knee injury while playing, resulting in several reconstructive surgeries and bringing her soccer career to a halt. However, after the experiences of being a competitive athlete and then going through intense physical therapy with her knees, Lauren decided to study Fitness Therapy and can now share her experiences with others.'
