With over 15 years experience, Tamara has been trained in various modalities of massage, including Swedish Massage, Cayce/Reilly Massage, Reflexology, and Sports Massage. Tamara is committed to continuing education.

Mary Beth Peavey is a graduate of the Cayce Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA. She has been practicing massage since 2005.
Mary Beth blends her knowledge of the body's anatomy with her varios trainings and approaches to bodywork in order to tailor a session that best meets her client's individual needs. She enjoys helping to empower her clients through their achievement of long term goals of reduced tension and enhanced well-being with the aid of regular therapeutic massage and self care education.
