Meet the Staff (SOUTH) – Kirsten Buchanan

Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine from Old Dominion University. In her 29 th year in the fitness and wellness industry, her certifications include: Post Rehab Conditioning Specialist, 15 year ACE certified Personal Trainer, AFAA and ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, Advanced Pre/Postnatal and Menopause Health/Fitness Instructor, Flexibility Conditioning Specialist, and CPR. Some of Kirsten’s work experiences include Fitness Director with Cunard Cruise Lines, Senior Instructor & Personal Trainer for the world renowned Golden Door in San Diego, California and their sister resort Rancho La Puerta in Tecate, Mexico.   A seasoned exercise  specialist offering a knowledge base of over 30 class types.   She is a mother of 3 with a passion for all things outdoors.
